These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, store, and related services offered by JUS ONTASK (the "Site" and collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who We Are

Our online store and site are hosted by Wix.com Ltd. Your use of certain features may also be subject to Wix’s terms and policies.

2) Using Our Services

​

You must be at least the age of majority in your state/country to use the Services or make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with applicable laws.

​

3) Account

​

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4) Orders, Pricing, Taxes

​

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We may correct errors, including pricing errors, even after submission.

• We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order.

• You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when you place your order and applicable taxes and shipping.

• International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility.

• Quote validity: Written quotes/estimates are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

5) Payments

​

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Wix Payments and PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.

6) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

​

• We ship to the address you provide. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier’s delivery scan or as otherwise stated by the carrier.

• Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or events beyond our control.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, shortages, strikes, acts of government, or other emergencies).

• Local pickup & storage: If you select local pickup, please collect your order within 14 days of our notice that it is ready. After 14 days, a storage/holding fee of $15 per week applies; if not collected within a reasonable period, the order may be canceled and amounts paid may be applied to fees and restocking.

• Abandonment: Orders not collected within 45 days of our pickup notice may be deemed abandoned. We may cancel the order, restock or dispose of the item(s), and apply amounts paid to storage/handling and restocking fees; no refunds will be issued for abandoned orders.

7) Returns, Exchanges, and Damage in Transit

​

• Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all sales are final for original artworks, limited editions, and custom/commissioned pieces.

• If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a replacement or remedy where available.

• Insurance & claims: Shipments may be insured at our discretion. To assist with any claim, retain all packaging and provide requested photos and information within the 7-day window.

8) Product Descriptions; Color and Material Variation

​

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors may vary between on-screen previews and finished pieces due to monitor calibration and printing processes. Paper, canvas, and framing materials may have natural variations.

• Framing/installation: Framing, hanging hardware, and installation services are not included unless expressly stated on the product page or invoice.

9) Intellectual Property Ownership

​

All images, artworks, designs, text, logos, and branding on the Site (the "Content") are owned by or licensed to JUS ONTASK and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted below, no rights are transferred to you by accessing the Site or purchasing a product.

• Attribution & moral rights: Do not remove or obscure signatures or watermarks. When posting images of the work online, please credit JUS ONTASK.

10) License to Access the Site; Prohibited Uses

​

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

​

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written permission;

• remove watermarks, signatures, copyright notices, or other proprietary markings;

• use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar tools to access, extract, or index Site content;

• use any Site content or metadata to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine learning or AI system;

• mint, tokenize, or create NFTs or similar blockchain assets based on our Content;

• use the Services for unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities.

11) Buyer’s License (Personal Display Only)

​

Purchasing an original or print does not transfer copyright. Unless we grant written permission otherwise, buyers receive a personal, non-commercial license to display the physical artwork they purchase. Reproduction, scanning, digitization, modification, derivative works, publication, resale of digital files, and commercial use are prohibited without a separate written license.

12) Limited Editions and Certificates

​

When designated as a limited edition, each print includes an edition size and number (e.g., 1/50), signature (as applicable), and a certificate of authenticity. Replacement prints are issued only for transit damage reported within 7 days of delivery.

13) Commissions and Custom Work

​

By commissioning a work, you agree to the following unless we agree in writing to different terms:

• Scope and timeline: We will confirm a written brief and schedule in a signed commission agreement. Our standard schedule may fluctuate based on scope and workload; the specific timeline for your project will be stated in the commission agreement.

• Deposit: A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to begin. Balance is due before delivery.

• Revisions: Revisions are not guaranteed. Any revisions must be expressly stated in a signed commission agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the commission includes no revisions. If revisions are agreed, the scope, number, and fees will be specified in the agreement; additional changes may be billed at our hourly rate.

• Reference materials: You confirm you own or have rights to any reference images/materials provided and you grant us a license to use them to complete the commission. You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your references.

• Usage: Unless otherwise licensed in writing, the finished work is for personal display only and may not be used commercially.

• Cancellations: If you cancel after work begins, we may retain the deposit and bill for work completed to date.

• Rush fees: Deadlines shorter than our standard schedule may incur a rush fee and are subject to our acceptance.

• Client delays: If client feedback or approvals are delayed beyond the agreed schedule, delivery dates will shift; storage/holding fees (see §6) may apply; extended inactivity may be treated as cancellation under these Terms.

• AI/tokenization reminder: You may not use any drafts or final commissioned work to train, fine-tune, or improve AI/ML systems, or to mint/tokenize as NFTs or similar blockchain assets, without a separate written license.

14) Digital Downloads (If Offered)

​

Digital files are provided under a single-user, personal-use license. No sharing, reposting of files, print-on-demand, merchandise, or derivative works. Removing watermarks/signatures is prohibited.

15) Portfolio and Exhibition Rights

​

We retain the right to display and reproduce images of sold and commissioned works for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing. If you require non-disclosure (no public display), you must request this before work begins; additional fees may apply.

​

• Working files & documentation: We may retain sketches, proofs, mockups, and process photographs for archival and documentation purposes. Unless expressly licensed, working files are not part of the deliverables.

16) User Submissions and Feedback

​

If you submit reviews, comments, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such submissions in connection with the Services and our business, subject to applicable privacy laws.

​

17) Third-Party Services

​

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Wix, payment processors, shipping carriers). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

18) Disclaimer of Warranties

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

19) Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JUS ONTASK and our directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

20) Indemnification

​

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JUS ONTASK from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

21) Governing Law; Venue

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for any dispute not subject to arbitration, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

​

22) Dispute Resolution

​

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at the email above. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may pursue permitted claims in court. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for intellectual property or security matters.

​

23) Termination

​

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.

​

24) Changes to the Services or Terms

​

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

25) Miscellaneous

​

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of future enforcement.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any product-specific or written commission agreements, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
