JUS ONTASK, is the controller of your personal data under applicable data protection laws. JUS ONTASK collects names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, from visitors to the website who register their information or who use the online store or any other online service, such as subscribing to the newsletter. We also use “cookies“ and track IP addresses so we can improve our services and enhance your JUS ONTASK experience. You have the right to request rectification of your personal data if they are incorrect, including the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
If you have a JUS ONTASK account you can edit your personal data under your account and membership pages.
Right to erasure:
You have the right to erase any personal data processed by JUS ONTASK at any time except when there is a legal storage requirement, such as book-keeping rules or when there are other legal grounds to keep the data, such as an ongoing contractual relationship.
Your right to object to direct marketing:
You have the right to object to direct marketing, including profiling analysis made for direct marketing purposes.

How can you exercise your rights?
We take data protection very seriously and therefore we have dedicated customer service personnel who handles your requests in relation to your rights stated above. Who has access to your personal data?
We never pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties outside the JUS ONTASK. Data that is forwarded to third parties, is only used to provide you with the services like shipping agents in connection with the delivery of goods, marketing platform for distribution of newsletter.
How do we protect your personal data?
We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation, unauthorized access. We continually adapt our security measures in line with technological progress and developments. To make card purchases with us as secure as possible, all information is sent in encrypted form. This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your personal data cannot be read by external parties. Your card details are processed with a very high level of security.
