  • Service providers (e.g., e-commerce platform, payment processors, email service, analytics providers).

4) How We Use Personal Information

We use information to:

6) Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, measure performance, and understand usage. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings and, where available, our cookie banner. If legally required in your region, we request consent for non-essential cookies.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): Where required by law, we treat a valid GPC signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.

7) How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers/Processors: website host (Wix.com Ltd.), payment processors (e.g., Wix Payments, PayPal), email service providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, IT/security vendors. These parties process data on our behalf under appropriate contracts.

We do not disclose full payment card numbers to us or other parties.

8) “Sell”/“Share” Status (United States)

We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws consider certain analytics or advertising disclosures a “sale” or “share.” You may opt out using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer and by enabling a supported GPC signal in your browser.

9) Retention

We keep personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described here, including fulfilling orders, complying with legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting retention periods), resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify information in accordance with our policies.

10) Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

B. California (CPRA)

California residents also have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (if we collect any) and to know categories of data, sources, purposes, and disclosures. We honor a valid GPC signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing.

C. EU/EEA/UK Visitors

If we offer goods or ship to the EU/EEA/UK, we process personal data under these lawful bases: contract (to fulfill orders), legitimate interests (to secure and improve Services), legal obligation (tax/accounting), and consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies/marketing).
