JUS ONTASK is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2, Level AA guidelines.

Our Commitment

We are actively improving the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines, including:

• Designing for keyboard-only navigation and logical focus order.

• Providing text alternatives for non-text content (alt text for images, labels for inputs).

• Maintaining color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA.

• Supporting text resizing/zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

• Avoiding content that may flash at rates known to trigger photosensitive reactions.

• Ensuring form fields have descriptive labels, error messages, and clear instructions.
   

Platform & Third‑Party Content

• This site is hosted on Wix. We use Wix features and settings that support accessibility (e.g., heading structure, aria labels where made available, and the built‑in accessibility wizard). Some third‑party embeds or plug‑ins may have their own accessibility limitations that are outside of our control. We strive to provide accessible alternatives where feasible.
   

Measures We Take

• Design & development checks during content updates.

• Self‑evaluation against WCAG success criteria.

• Use of platform tools (e.g., Wix Accessibility Wizard) and manual testing with keyboard navigation and browser zoom.
   

Compatibility & Supported Browsers

Our goal is to ensure the site works with the latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile operating systems. Older browsers and devices may not support all features.

Known Limitations

We are working to resolve the following, where they may occur:

• Legacy images that may be missing descriptive alt text.

• Occasional headings or landmarks that may require improved semantic structure.

• Third‑party iframes or embeds where we cannot fully control accessibility.

PDFs, Video & Audio

• PDFs: We aim to provide accessible PDFs with tagged reading order. If a file is not accessible, contact us for an alternative format.

• Video/Audio: When we provide audiovisual content, we aim to include captions (and transcripts where applicable). If you need captions or a transcript for any content, please contact us.
