SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Due to COVID orders will be sent out in weekly batch to minimize post trips. Thank you for your understanding and patience*

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most orders will ship within 2 to 5 business days after your order is received. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding USA Federal holidays.

 

Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days after the order has shipped, excluding Sundays and federal holidays.  If an attempted delivery notice is left by the shipping courier, please follow up for redelivery or pickup instructions. Jusontask.com cannot schedule redelivery attempts.

 

International delivery can take up to 7-14 days after it is shipped. These timelines depend on your country's processing, customs, and delivery protocols. You are responsible for all duties and taxes on your order.

 

INVALID OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

 

If your items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address we will have to charge you to reship your package. If you do not want your package to be reshipped, you will be issued a store credit for the order total, and the shipping amount will be deducted from your store credit amount.

 

LOST PACKAGES

 

We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our warehouse.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

All sales final - no returns or exchanges. Due to the exclusive nature 

of the merchandise, all sales are final. Please check that your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be cancelled if there are critical errors in your order. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges. ORDER CANCELLATION

 

If an order has not been shipped, it can be cancelled for store credit only.

 

SALE ITEMS 

 

Sale items are final and may not be exchanged or returned. 

DAMAGED ITEMS  

 

If the item you have received has any defects or is damaged please contact us and we will rectify the situation immediately.
